Although I generally do not move much while working {the motion sensor lights often go out}, I still get fairly hungry mid-morning {around 10:30} and in the afternoon {around 4pm}. I have a drawer in my office dedicated to all things yummy---though my brain requires sustenance....my thighs definitely do not. So here are two healthy snacking options that are regulars in my drawer of edible goodies.
wasabi peas: super hot, super crunchy, only a handful does the job
granola with flax seed: super healthy, super sweet, great with a warm drink
